Terms of sale and delivery of ordered products in tradeArts online store - only for customers of EU countries

 1. The following information applies only to customers residing in EU countries who wish to submit order and purchase products in the tradeArts online store;

 2. All correspondence and contact regarding the placement of the order and its implementation by the store tradeArts - only via e-mail. Folding orders via  panel (store) cart is out of date. Mail for correspondence: hobby@tradearts.pl;

 3. In the information email (inquiry) please provide: product name (preferably the copied link from store), its required quantity, country and city to which the goods are to be delivered along with the code mail. In response, the customer receives full information regarding product availability, time and costs of completing the order;

 4. tradeArts online store does not process orders and shipments of toxic products (poisons), paintsand flammable and explosive liquids in bottles and aerosols (solvents, diluents, gasoline, varnish);

 5. After determining all the conditions for the contract - please send your details by e-mail address: name and surname (or company name + name and surname of the person placing the order), full address private with zip code (or company + tax identification number), phone number and e-mail adress;

 6. An email message from customer who accepting all arrangements made placing and completing the order;

 7. All deliveries of ordered products are carried out by courier DPD. Delivery costs are calculated individually according to the gross weight of the shipment and the town in destination country;

 8. Currently, orders and shipments of products to Great Britain and Ireland are suspended;

 9. Payments (100% prepayment via bank transfer) for ordered products + delivery costs must be made before shipment. Payments should be made to the account number sent by email banking. From the day of crediting the tradeArts account to the full payment for the submitted order - the delivery time is counted;

11. After receiving full payment from the customer - the goods will be immediately sent by DPD courier todelivery address indicated in the order.
